5. Candidate Submissions (CVs and Applications)

You acknowledge and agree that any curriculum vitae (CV), application data, or other information you provide to us (collectively, “Submissions”) are non-confidential in the sense that you intend for us to share them with prospective employers. By providing Submissions, you grant us the right to use, copy, and distribute this information for the purpose of providing our recruitment services.

The collection and use of your personal data within these Submissions are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

6. Website Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use.
