We are looking for a Temporary Engineer to join a 100m+ motor yacht for a busy yard period in Livorno.
This is a demanding role onboard a high-profile yacht with a very busy engineering department, so they need someone capable, hands-on and comfortable working at a high level of responsibility.
- Start date: 14th or 15th September
- Contract length: Approximately 10–12 weeks
- Location: Italy Shipyard
- Position: Temporary Engineer
- Second Engineer ticket preferred but experience is more important
- Strong deep-sea background highly desirable
- Yacht experience beneficial but mainly looking for someone who can handle a yard period well
- Third Engineers onboard are expected to operate close to Second Engineer level
- Busy yard period with a significant workload
- Day rate: 400 Euro a day max, DOE
They are looking for someone experienced, practical and able to hit the ground running without needing close supervision.
