Whitewater Recruitment is looking for a male Sous Chef to join a busy 55m motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. This is a very busy, back-to-back programme with frequent owner and charter usage, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role will involve assisting the rotational Head Chefs and supporting the galley throughout a busy programme. The yacht is open to candidates with around a season of yachting experience, and culinary qualifications are not essential. We are looking for someone level-headed, capable and able to work well as part of a team.

Experience: Ideally around one season of previous yachting experience
Certifications: STCW and ENG1
Visas: B1/B2 and Schengen preferred
Personality: Level-headed, capable and able to work well within a busy team
