We are working with a large private motor yacht who are currently looking for a Junior ETO / Deck Assistant to join them.
- Start date: Around the start of August
- 2:2 rotation
- Salary DOE
- Large yacht with a well-established, close-knit engineering team
- Fantastic entry-level opportunity into an ETO / AVIT career
- Ideally suited to a junior marine electrician or newly qualified ETO
- Shore-based marine electrical backgrounds or experience on smaller vessels welcomed
- No AVIT experience required – full training will be provided onboard
- Role will be split between assisting the ETO and supporting the deck team (50/50)
- Must be happy to assist on deck – washdowns, tenders, jet skis and general deck duties
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get involved across departments is essential
- Will be guest-facing at times – must be presentable, personable and professional
- Calm, level-headed and a good team fit is key
- Long-term mindset preferred – ideal for someone looking to build a career in ETO/AVIT
- Bonus: any interest or experience in AV, music or DJing
