Whitewater Recruitment is expanding and seeking an Interior Crew Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of our yacht crew recruitment division.
This is a remote role suited to someone with some experience in yacht crew recruitment who understands the dynamics of life onboard and is interested in building a long-term career in the industry.

The Role
You will focus on sourcing and placing interior crew across the superyacht sector, building relationships with candidates and supporting the recruitment process from introduction to placement.
Responsibilities include:

Sourcing and registering interior crew candidates

Conducting candidate interviews and screening

Building relationships with Chief Stews and interior departments

Managing recruitment processes from candidate introduction through to placement

Representing Whitewater Recruitment professionally within the industry
Requirements

Previous experience working in yacht crew recruitment would be ideal but we will consider candidates who have none if other experience aligns

Background within the superyacht interior department, ideally at Head of Department level

Strong organisational and communication skills

A professional and discreet approach when dealing with candidates and clients

Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously

We would also consider a job share arrangement for crew who wish to continue working at sea, with recruitment work carried out during leave rotations, if suitable
