Whitewater Recruitment is looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join an 77m private motor yacht.
This is a busy, family-orientated vessel with significant owner use. The yacht is very much treated as a home, and the owners expect exceptionally high standards throughout.
The successful candidate will be a positive, hands-on team player with 3-5 years' yachting experience and the confidence to maintain a consistently high standard within the housekeeping department.
Position: Head of Housekeeping
Vessel: 77m Private MY
Salary: $5,000 USD per month
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Initial rotation: 4:2 for the first stint to allow for a comprehensive handover and training period with the current HoH
Start date: 05 October
Joining location: Italy
Itinerary: Mediterranean / Caribbean
Flights: 3 x return economy flights
Longevity bonus: To be discussed at interview
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' yachting experience
• Proven housekeeping experience on high-standard yachts
• PDSD certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to joining
• Schengen visa where required
• B1/B2 visa in hand or ability to obtain
• Positive attitude and strong team ethic
• Comfortable working within a busy, family-focused programme with extensive owner use
