DECKHAND / PERSONAL TRAINER (TEMP) – 60M PRIVATE/CHARTER MOTOR YACHT
Whitewater Recruitment is seeking an experienced Deckhand / Personal Trainer for a fantastic 2-month temporary opportunity onboard a 60m dual-season private/charter motor yacht cruising the Central Mediterranean.
This is an excellent chance for a strong deck professional with solid watersports/tender skills and enough personal training experience to confidently work with charter guests.
The Role
You’ll be joining a professional 5-person deck team onboard a well-run yacht currently in Croatia, preparing for the summer season.
This is a hands-on role requiring a hardworking, positive crew member with strong deck fundamentals, guest-facing confidence, and the ability to contribute to charter operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- General deck operations & maintenance
- Tender driving / guest transfers
- Assisting with watersports & guest activities
- Providing personal training sessions for guests
- Supporting charter operations
- Participation in night watch rotation
- Assisting with docking, anchoring & deck preparation
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year solid deck experience onboard yachts
- Strong deck skills and excellent work ethic
- Confident tender driving ability
- Personal training experience suitable for guest interaction
- PB II
- PWC
- Yachtmaster Offshore (preferred)
Personal fit:
- Professional presentation
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong spoken English
- No visible tattoos
- Non-smoker / non-vaper
