Whitewater Recruitment is expanding and seeking a Deck Department Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of our crew recruitment division.
This is a remote role suited to someone with some experience in yacht crew recruitment who understands the dynamics of life onboard and is interested in building a long-term career in the industry. Experience onboard is more important than recruitment experience. We can help teach the recruitment side.

The Role
You will focus on sourcing and placing deck crew across the superyacht sector, building relationships with candidates and supporting the recruitment process from introduction to placement.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and registering deck crew candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews and screening
- Building relationships with captains and deck departments
- Managing recruitment processes from candidate introduction through to placement
- Representing Whitewater Recruitment professionally within the industry
- No pressure on a start date. It can be whenever is best for yourself
Requirements
- Previous experience working in yacht crew recruitment would be ideal but we will consider candidates who have none if other experience aligns
- Background within the superyacht deck department
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A professional and discreet approach when dealing with candidates and clients
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
- Someone residing in the UK is beneficial as we may want to meet up from time to time.
