Whitewater Recruitment is looking for a Deck / OOW to join a large 100m+ motor yacht operating a dual-season private and charter programme.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious deck crew member holding OOW Unlimited who wants to continue developing their bridge experience. The role is approximately 70% deck / 30% bridge, with the successful candidate stepping into bridge watches during crossings and guest trips.

Requirements
OOW Unlimited
B1/B2 visa - MANDATORY
Minimum one season's deck experience
Strong bridge/watchkeeping foundations
Commercial, cruise ship, support vessel or large-yacht experience advantageous
Non-smoker
Physically fit, sociable and keen to learn
Comfortable working within a busy, high-profile charter programme
Joining location is Barcelona. The yacht operates a dual-season programme.
