Chief Stewardess – 50+m M/Y – 2:2 Rotation
Whitewater Recruitment is looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a busy 50+m motor yacht operating a private and charter programme. This is a very busy, back-to-back programme with frequent owner and charter usage, so we are looking for a hardworking and energetic Chief Stewardess who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The yacht runs with an interior team of five, with the team rotating throughout the departments.
The successful candidate will confidently manage the interior, including accounts, while leading the team by example. The ideal candidate will already have previous Chief Stewardess experience, either on a similar-sized vessel or following a strong progression through the industry with good longevity on smaller yachts.
Requirements:
Joining Location: Mediterranean
Start Date: Around middle September
Salary: DOE plus tips
Leave: 2:2 rotation
Experience: Previous Chief Stewardess experience required, ideally on a similar-sized yacht or with strong longevity and progression on smaller vessels
Certifications: STCW and ENG1
Visas: B1/B2 and Schengen
Personality: Hardworking, passionate, energetic and able to lead by example
