We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Chief Engineer to join a well-run 50m+ motor yacht.
This is a rotational position offering a 2:2 schedule and the opportunity to join an established programme with varied cruising plans.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, proactive in their approach and comfortable taking full responsibility for the engineering department. We are looking for someone technically strong, organised and easy to work with, who will fit well within an established crew.

Requirements
- Y1 Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer Unlimited.
- Valid STCW certification
- Schengen visa, visa-free exemption or EU residency
- Previous yacht experience required - as Chief Engineer please.
- Strong troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
- Hands-on approach
- Good communication and crew management skills
