Bosun, 100m+ Motor Yacht
We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a prestigious 100m+ private motor yacht.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong large-yacht experience, excellent deck maintenance standards, and the ability to lead from the front. The vessel runs to a very high standard, so we need someone polished, hands-on, organised, and confident managing the day-to-day deck team.
The ideal candidate will have solid tender-driving experience, strong exterior maintenance knowledge, good crew management skills, and a professional, calm approach. Large yacht experience is essential, and prior time on 80m+ vessels would be highly advantageous.
Requirements:
- Previous Bosun experience on large motor yachts with good longevity
- Strong tender handling skills
- Excellent maintenance and washdown standards
- Confident supervising and motivating deck crew
- Strong eye for detail
- Professional, discreet, and team-focused attitude
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and seafarer documents
