Good opportunity for a hands-on EOOW/Y3 level engineer looking to step into a solid rotational role. The vessel is entering a busy period with a dual-season charter programme planned, so they need someone switched on, practical, and ready to hit the ground running.
The engineering setup needs someone who can work independently and does not need babysitting. Similar size yacht experience is strongly preferred, although a strong commercial background may be considered if the candidate is genuinely hands-on and ticks the rest of the boxes.
They need someone confident on the tools, proactive, and happy to get stuck into day-to-day engineering as well as helping improve systems, PMs, inventory, and general department standards. The yacht is in good technical shape with no major issues.
Best suited to someone career-focused, reliable, and keen to make the most of the opportunity.
